Cancellation & Tardiness Policies

Because Essencial Studio is by appointment only your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you

and we request that you please review our cancellation and tardiness policies.

 

Tardiness

You are given a 15 minutes grace period to arrive to your appointments. Any tardiness outside this grace

period puts your appointment at risk. If you anticipate that you will be more than 15 minutes late, please

call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. After 15 minutes your

appointment may need to be rescheduled and you will be charged the same day cancellation fee.

 

Cancellation

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you

need to cancel your appointment you need to call the office. If we don't answer leave your information on

our answering service.

• More than 24 hours notice: Service will be cancelled at no charge.

• Less than 24 hours notice or same day cancellations: 50% of the service price will be charged.

• Failure to show without notice: 100% of the service price will be charged.

**If you have a gift certificate or special discount and you do not follow the cancellation policy, you risk

forfeiting the gift certificate or special discount.

**If you book an appointment for a friend and he/she/they is a no show you are responsible for covering

the cost of the appointment.
