VIP Annual Membership fees will be due on the day of signup and membership will automatically end once the 12 month term has been completed.

 

Cancellation Terms

VIP Members can cancel a Membership at any time. Cancellation requests can be made over the phone or email. Cancellation requests are not retroactive. There are no refunds and Membership fees cannot be prorated if a Member cancels before the annual membership is over.

 

VIP Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.

 

VIP Membership, is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

 

VIP Membership benefits cannot be gifted and can only be used by member.

 

VIP Membership 10% Off discount cannot be used to purchase or renew memberships. Not valid on PMD brushes.

 

VIP Memberships must be purchased with a valid credit/debit card, cash or check only. No other form of payment is accepted. VIP Membership cannot be paid using a gift card.

 

VIP Membership 20% Off Birthday discount cannot be used to purchase or renew memberships. Expires 30 days after your birthdate. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Discount applies only to member. Valid for one (1) time use per calendar year. Discount must be redeemed during a single visit. Not valid on packages, series, gift certificates or PMD brushes.

 

VIP Membership Facial Friday special $10 OFF on any facial service or 10% Off VIP Membership discount whichever is greater.

 

VIP Membership Referrals discount will be honor on new and first generation referrals only. First referral discount is 25% off, 50% off on third and a Free Service of up to $89 value on 10th referral. Discount only applies to one (1) service. Reward will apply once friend completes transaction. Cannot be combine with any other specials and/or discounts. Not valid on products, packages, series, gift certificates and PMD brushes.

 

Our standard 24-hour cancellation and tardiness policy applies to all VIP Members.

 

Essencial Studio reserves the right to change certain terms and conditions, including prices from time to time, of all Membership Programs with no less than thirty (30) days notice prior to the effective date of the new terms.
